It's very hard to find an air conditioner to fit our small bedroom window, so I was very pleased to find this one and looking so forward to it's arrival. I should have known from the box. It had evidently been dropped on the corner. It's very loud but so far cools the room I need cooled so I will wait and see I guess.

The product is great and the delivery was fast

I got this unit about 8 months ago and so far it's doing the job.....and it's been up to 114 degrees this CA summer. It is loud on the highest fan setting but you can turn it to F1 or F2 speed for quieter. I wonder if LG knew it would fit my old casement window to within 1/8", a fortunate coincidence if not. I just get a piece of plexiglass cut for the open top part.....using thick double stick tape. Wayfair has been a reliable source for a long time now.

love the remote can sit on couch and use throws great air

Seems to cool well, but a little noisy. I've only used it a few days so I won't really know until after I've used it a few months on how dependable and reliable it actually is.
