The AC Unit came defective not cooling it was a disaster in a middle of a heatwave. 3 weeks after getting the AC unit we are waiting for parts to be repaired. A technician came fix the AC unit and I am very happy with customer service and how fast they took care the issue and ordered part and repaired the AC unit. Thank you!

The unit works well and cools fast. It is somewhat noisier than I would like for a bedroom situation. It tests the temperature every few minutes which is good, but a little noisy. It is very heavy, so difficult to install. It is well engineered for installation and use.

I bought this for a detached one room cottage. It worked so well keeping the cottage cool during the hot weather! Very pleased!
