The LG air conditionerdehumidifier is such a great machine. Easy to hook up, understand and easy window connection with no need to buy an extra window access to the machine. The ac is so cold that I had to get up and turn it off in the middle of the night and during the day with the sun beaming down. I really like my new air conditioner. Thank you!!!!

I'm finally actually using this a bit with the heatwave we're having. And I'm really impressed with how efficient it is. I've been using it on the dehumidifier mode at 77 in a 500+ square foot space and it cools the room down within minutes. I was a little afraid this size wouldn't be good enough for such a large space, but it's great. I especially like having the dehumidifier mode because that's all I've needed, but I have the AC if I need it. The major drawback is that the vent hose is really difficult to connect. I actually had it taped up with electrician's tape until a friend was able to get it in. But it's really tricky to connect the vent hose properly. The other problem with this model is that the window attachment is too narrow for the vent hose and we had to put something on the bottom of the piece to lift it up. The window piece should have been much wider, it should have been as wide as the width/diameter of the vent hose. They do give you foam but it was too narrow and there wasn't enough of it, so I put bubble wrap under the window attachment to raise it up. The other minor drawback is that it did not come with a water hose, so I had to get one of those. You can use it without the drainage/water hose, but it's definitely nice to have. These are not deal breakers as things can be modified and for $300 (sale) it was worth it. But it definitely detracts from the overall value of the product. Otherwise very simple, easy to use controls. And it does a great Job of cooling everything down, which is the important thing.

It works great gets the room cold. It only has two speeds high and low. Even on low it’s very loud and uncomfortable to use while trying to sleep. Functions well as an AC but noisy!

The air coming out is cool but not cold.

Worse thing ever!! I had it replaced once for a drain plug being broken and now it leaks and has to be drained every other day. If it’s on for to long makes a rattle sounds. So disappointed and will never purchase this again
