Had very specific limitations for a needed air conditioner replacement, Wayfair was able to meet the challenge at best price value. Only complaint is with delivery as personnel of delivery company appears unable to ring doorbell or knock on door to alert you to delivery of product.

Have had this for 5 days of daily operation now. Definitely cools a space (approx 250 square feet) fairly rapidly (from 32 C or 90 F down to 20 C68 F) in about 30-40 minutes. Three reasons we’re not giving it 5 stars is that —It’s not as quiet as we would have liked (though it’s not excessive, common noise level for an AC, averaging about 65 dB.) — This is a “through the wall” style air conditioner, yet it does not come with the “wall sleeve” (for a more stable and cleaner looking installation within the opening in the wall). LG should really include that with this type of AC. Wayfair does not currently appear to sell this part either. — Finally, the energy consumptionefficiency is yet to be determined. Not vetted as “Energy Star” (which is a little helpful when deciding on an appliance). The specifications suggest it to be reasonably energy efficient, but we’ll only know for sure when we receive our monthly hydro bill (it’s the only new electricity draw in our unit so it should be obvious). I’ll editupdate my review (if that’s possible) if anything critical arises in the first year of operation

Works great

Unit itself works great. My review focuses more on wayfair. This is a larger, more difficult product to get across the country. Somehow, wayfair got it to me undamaged and quickly. Thanks yall!

Cools very well, a little gurgly upon start up, otherwise the operation is quiet.
