This seat was a disappointment. The picture on Wayfair looks like a wood seat. But it’s not. It’s one of those cushioned plastic seats and VERY flimsy. Ours broke after a week of use. Wayfair is always awesome and accommodating. I don’t blame them. The quality is not up to par and has misleading photos. The vendor needs to address this. Hard pass on this one.

We really like the soft closing of this toilet seat lid. Also made old toilet seem new only problem was after a year or two seat cracked and needed to purchase a new seat again.

A little disappointed, I misunderstood thinking the product was all wood. Plastic screws are awful, they do not stay put, and eventually broke off :+(

Looks really great but… unfortunately the mounts are weak plastic so it doesn’t secure to the stool tightly and shifts all over on you when you sit on it.

It’s already broken after only a couple of months.
