This seems to be a good and sturdy assistive device for getting up off of the toilet. It does come with a strap that is not mentioned in the instructions. So one star off for that. Otherwise it was fine to assemble and set up and use.

This adjustable toilet safety frame arrived well packaged. Assembly was a breeze and the instructions were very easy to follow. A small wrench came with the hardware, but it doesn’t help tighten anything. I got this for my elderly blind father. He was having trouble getting on and off the toilet and now the armrest helps assist him. The metal frame is solid. The armrest are comfortable for him. The clamps just fit the width of his toilet. I wish there was another set of clamps for the back of the toilet because it is still a little wobbly when he gets up and down. Overall, I am happy that I don’t have to worry about him in the bathroom. I just wish it was a little more sturdier.

Works perfectly for my disabled husband. It is so much better than using a potty chair over the toilet.
