D'une pauvre qualité. Déjà égratigner à la réception et facilement égratigner à l'assemblage. Ce produit ne vaut pas la peine.

It was scratched on the bottom step. But I am getting it sorted as I have a cabinet maker at my home doing Reno's and he can sort it . It fits perfectly.

I can't give a review because my step ladder is lying in pieces as I cannot assemble it.!The directions seem simple and straight forward but nonetheless it is beyond my abilities. Very disappointed as the wood looks lovely and I wanted to use it now for some minor home upgrades. I am a widow and there's no one to help me but I am searching. I of course had forgotten I would have to assemble it until after the order was made but when I did I felt it was easier to assemble than it is but one actually cannot do this without some previous skill and practise. Something that should be addressed for customers. Irene Pauzer

Looks great, steps are a little wobbly.

It was a huge hassel to put together. Missing pilot holes on the steps. I had to measure them out and drill the pilot holes myself to ensure they would be simlar. The screws to attach legs to seat and stabilizer bars were extremely hard to screw in. After finally getting it put together it seems sturdy. All in all, if I had shopped around more I would go with a different manufacturer.
