The doors are ready for painting and those that aren’t delivered damaged do look as described in the product description. That is the reason for the two-star review, they are not packaged well, so by the time the doors are delivered there is noticeable damage to the point of being unusable and then have to be returned. Then you have to deal with customer service and hope they understand the issue and are able to assist or at the very least do what they tell you they’re doing. After speaking with 5 other CSRs, we finally spoke with a supervisor who was the first and only person who was able to assist and actually do what she told us she was doing. She was even able to have the most recent three replacement doors expedited due to all of our issues. Then only one of those three doors were usable upon unpacking. So now we get to once again get replacements and schedule a FedEx pickup for the damaged doors. And the worst part of that is the one we are keeping did have damage on the hinge side, but because that end needs to be cut off anyway, we were able to keep it. So although the (undamaged) doors look nice and are ready to paint, you may want to think twice before ordering. If you do, be prepared for returning damaged doors and waiting for replacements. This has been a very frustrating experience!

Door was packaged extremely well arrived without any imperfections. Exactly as described. Only thing to note is the pre-cut hinges is not necessarily a selling point as that side is the side that needs to be cut off to fit the door jamb. Is nice to be able to just trim the side paint (no sanding or addtl primer needed)!
