The directions are a little tricky, but use the Allen key to get the little black piece out. We made that mistake the first go around!

Attractive, strong, functional. Pleased with appearance. Will use outside.

I hook robe. And towel hook is very sturdy was easy to installed. It’s not heavy but not light weight either. It’s a great product not for just hanging rob of towels. Can be use anywhere in your home. I would recommend

Gorgeous hooks! Timely delivery, easy to follow instructions and installation. They are super sturdy and look amazing in my mud room cubbies!

This stainless steel, j/ hook robe/towel hook is beautifully crafted. It comes with its own hardware/safety mounting. Even though it’s sold as a hook system for the bathroom, I used it in the hallway for a coat. I love it.
