This mirror elevated our primary bath instantly. It’s a heavy piece to install so you’ll definitely need a few set of hands. Make sure to anchor your wall appropriately in order for the mirror to sit securely on your wall.

I haven’t completed my bathroom renovation yet, so I can’t speak to long-term use, but I wanted to leave an initial review because I am very impressed so far. The cabinet arrived in great condition and looks even better in person than it did online. The size is perfect for our double vanity, and the design is sleek, modern, and substantial without feeling bulky. The LED lighting and built-in defogger were major selling points, and the overall quality appears excellent. The mirrors are clear, the cabinet feels sturdy, and the storage space is exactly what I was looking for. I’ll update this review once the bathroom is complete and I’ve had a chance to use it regularly, but my first impression is extremely positive and I’m excited to see it installed.

I ordered an expensive LED mirror only to find out there is a huge chip in the top middle panel of mirror. The chip/crack severely distorted the reflection. 20% discount was initially offered as a resolution which was not acceptable. Later, the manufacturer agreed to send a replacement mirror. The mirror arrived 1 day late. When I opened the box, I noticed it was chip in the exact same location as the first mirror. This chip is less noticeable but still unacceptable. I just do not know what else to do. I do not feel like keep repeating this same process over and over again. This is bad business. I think the issue was caused by how the item was packaged. The mirror was stored in a huge wooden box that was nailed closed. Inside, the edges of the mirror were wrapped with thick foam except for one area. The area missing foam allowed space to store small hardware pieces however, it also left the top of the mirror vulnerable and that's where the damage occurred. Very disappointed.
