Beautiful tiles. Some were broken and had to be cut out

I love this tile! It’s the perfect accent for our pool waterfall. The only issue I had was with shipping, a few pieces were chipped and cracked, but I’m hoping I ordered enough extra to cover the broken pieces. Customer service was great and gave us 20 back for the broken pieces, but I would have rather had a couple sheets sent to me to replace the broken ones instead just in case I ended up needing them. It’s still nice to have them fix the issue especially when it likely occurred during shipping.

Tile arrived well-packed and was intact - no damage. Looks good and is waiting to be installed. Will update following install.
