Nice but the sink is shallow It’s nice though

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only was the vanity build a nightmare, but so was customer service. We purchased this for our new home and wanted to build it before we moved to our new home. The drawer slides/tracks were missing so my husband called to have them sent. Instead of sending just the tracks, an entire new vanity was sent. This was not what was needed and we were left to dispose of the extra vanity after just getting the slides out. It was very 'rickety' when built but we thought that upon installation it would be fine. Unfortunately upon install, not only was it not sturdy, but the right hand door wouldn't close. We called customer service, but they stated that because we purchased a few months ago, they wouldn't be able to help us. We explained that it was defective, and for that reason they should honor the purchase and make it right by refunding the order. We sent them the same pictures and they still declined to help us. They told us that if we had purchased insurance on the vanity, they could help us. We didn't feel the need to purchase insurance on a vanity, faucet and light fixture as they were not electronic items. We couldn't understand why they refused to make right an order experience when clearly the vanity was defective. It wasn't like we had waited several months, after installing to contact them about anything. We contacted them when the slides weren't in the box, we contacted them when the door wouldn't (and still doesn't) close. We tried adjusting the doors as stated in the instructions, but the fact remains that the vanity is defective. There is also a 1/2" gap in between the doors. You can see what's in the cabinet when you are in front of the vanity. ALL that was offered to us was a 10% coupon on a future purchase. We asked for a refund of at least half of the vanity (remember, we also bought a faucet and light fixture), but we declined a 10 % coupon as we will not be shopping with them EVER again since they choose to not stand by their own products and customer service is NOT what they focus on. Besides, you can get a 10% off coupon in the Sunday newspaper and in your US Postal service mail ads. Terrible, terrible service and quality.

The shipping was fast. It came in 2 boxes. The box with cabinet was pretty beat up. You do have to put the entire cabinet together. It doesn’t look like it’ll be hard. I haven’t done that yet because it’s for a new house. Overall seems like a nice cabinet.

Pay attention to the reviews that mention the poor instructions!! This is such an important thing to be aware of because unless you have a lot of experience with assembling things like this, you will struggle (that is, if you can get it together at all). Steps were missing, hardware wasn’t labeled, just thrown in a bag (several pieces I don’t even think were supposed to be in there), screw holes were missing or were in places they shouldn’t be, drawer slides were nearly impossible, and labeling in general was just extremely poor. In the photo I attached, before this vanity was installed, you can see the cabinets have a gap between them. This is an example of predrilled holes not being present so it was tricky to ensure these were properly lined up. I am so sad to write a negative review because the aesthetics of this piece is nice , but if it’s too difficult to assemble, it might not be worth it. The manufacturer 100 needs to go back and rework the instructions if they care about having a quality product.
