Overall - I love this vanity. It’s so farmhouse core and beautiful. Mine came with a small cosmetic flaw on the interior shelving which is my main reason for the 45. Also does not come with a backsplash which I did not know when I ordered it, so I added some tile for my mirror to sit on.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great!. Delivery was great and I love how they done waste your time you get many updates on delivery. The only thing I was not express the counter top I thought was plain white but it had marbling through it. Not terrible but wasn't expecting it. Otherwise this is great quality for the price.
