I initially gave it 5 stars, it’s looks great and it arrived fast, but when it finally came time to install it, the screw that is supposed to unscrewed with a fly head screw driver to separate the front from the back will not unscrew or even budge. Without it coming apart it cannot be hung and is completely useless.
