I love the look and size of this bench but immediately have had an issue with removing soap scum. Despite research and repeated attempts to clean soap and water staining from teak, the bench shows soap marks due to its deep color. Hoping to find a solution to keep it looking clean but have not found as yet.

Not only did this bench come assembled the quality of wood is definitely indisputable. This teak. Wood bench is definitely an example of workmanship to withstand water and the test of strength it’s perfect in size and fits conveniently into the corner

The stool is beautiful and the perfect size but it has quirks to consider before purchasing: 1) The brown color is much darker in person than expected - the one we received is closer to a deep espresso wood tone. 2) The wide “foot" on the front of the stool is not as long as the rest of the feet so the stool tips easily on a level surface and it’s worse on the shower floor slope. 3) You will need to attach stick-on rubber feet or install adjustable rubber feet to make it work properly in a shower corner. We chose to return it for these reasons.
