Beautiful product but disappointedwith the quality and costumer service. We really liked this product when we first received it. It looks beautyful, feels well made, and we were very happy with our purchase. Unfortunately, after a little over a month, one of the sides developed a noticeable crack. For a brand new product, I dont think this should happen after a short period of time, especialy with normal use ands care. What was even more dissapointing was contacting costumer service and being told that there was nothing they could offer to help because more that 30 days has passed since delivery. I understand that there maybe aretyurn or warranty window, but for a new piece of furniture to develop a crack so soon, I expected Wayfair to offer at least some solution or assistance to repair or replace the damaged part.
