Very sturdy. Better than it's picture!

This looks so good on the hearth. Absolutely love it. Well -made. I would definitely buy one as a gift for someone.

Love the match holder. Just the right size for my fireplace, and holds 1 box perfectly. Weighted and balanced well, so it's not always tipping over. The finish is rustic looking, but could go with multiple decor genres. Very happy.
