Most of the battery covers will not secure easily and when they pop off, you become locked out. With no easy fix. I do not recommend this product.

The quality of this lock is very poor. We were actually surprised that Wayfair carried a product that is that disappointing. Locks get a lot of use and need to be well made. We are returning it.
