I was so excited to find a barn door that matched the current doors in my 100 year old house. The cost was way more than I wanted to spend, but at the time I had spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect door and this was the best option. I knew it was going to take time to ship, but I planned around it to make it work. The delivery was well planned out and communication with the delivery people was on point. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, it was missing all the hardware that was supposed to come with it. Wafer is replacing the items without question, but I am waiting weeks for it to finally get here. So it has caused me to be at a standstill for multiple weeks leaving a portion of my house under construction because of the long shipping time for the replacement parts. Frustrating.

Still trying to install. I have an engineer/wood worker husband, and he didn't even have the jig he needed to create whatever groove was needed for the door to go into the track. To install the track he had to bust out the trigonometry. The door must weigh 100 pounds. That's fine. I don't know if we got an unfinished door or not (and not paint, I know that's not added). But this has been a nightmare install.
