The door looks great. However, the frame is not very stable. Moving the door into place, the warping of frame caused the brittle brickmold to split. Because of the instability of the frame, getting the door square and level was difficult. NOTES You only have 48 hours after delivery to report back to manufacturer any defects. Install with two people. It will make the job endlessly simpler.

I needed this door to replace a second door in my garage. I have an older house and the door is outside swing by code. It came with everything needed to be installed cheaper than if ordering from a box store and faster. Very quiet design and thermal efficient.
