Found the part number off the Moen site and found the part cheaper here on Ebay with this company. Saved me a lot of $$$$ and problems. Had I called a plumber they would have wanted me to purchase a whole new spout and as well pay their outrages labor fees.

I purchased two of these diverter repair kits, and neither produces a seal that returns the shower to full functionality. I went through this issue a couple of years ago and ended up purchasing a new spout. I was hoping that Moen had engineered a better solution for when their cheap plastic diverters eventually break, but I guess they make more $$$ by selling whole spouts. Moving on to a more reliable brand for my fixtures.
