Beautiful but overpriced for what it is

Absolutely in love with the quality of this product and the speed of shipping!

Seal on box was opened. Soap dispenser was not in its plastic wrap. Soap dispenser had several scratches on it. Updating. After a struggle trying to get it resolved. They did provide an exact replacement that was undamaged and settled everything in an appropriate manner.

Item is great quality and price was fair with Wayfair . My problem came with delivery by FedEx . They delivered my package to neighbors house even though correct address was on the package . Wayfair needs to use UPS for delivery or give you option to choose which company you want to deliver item as Fed ex is terrible .

Very heavy and nice. The label button on top also has a French option. Very cute.
