Absolutely in love with the quality of this product and the speed of shipping!

Seal on box was opened. Soap dispenser was not in its plastic wrap. Soap dispenser had several scratches on it. Updating. After a struggle trying to get it resolved. They did provide an exact replacement that was undamaged and settled everything in an appropriate manner.

Very heavy and nice. The label button on top also has a French option. Very cute.

Beyond expectations!!! First sink soap dispenser that: 1) swivels without unscrewing 2) doesn’t drip 3) actually dispenses soap over the sink lip 4) doesn’t require constant polishing to remove water stains. Lastly looks dainty! Love it
