We have been using this type of shower head for the past 12 years.

Every one of these units we have installed, the hose fitting at both ends cracks and fails in a very short time. Caveat emptor.

However, the flimsy plastic strap around the handheld shower head broke in 6 months and I can't find a replacement part.

Owed many of these, they are awesome. Love the off/on feature, helps save water.

Got the 1st one of these 10+ years ago for wife's knee replacement. Easy install, simple features, smart look. Sadly, the plastic tab you use to change the spray pattern tends to break after a year or two's use. Other than that, it's a great hand-held.
