Douche/baignoire Posi-Temp Chateau L2369EP

bought this about a year ago in preparation of redoing a tub/shower valve assy, and bathroom just got finished today, what a difference going from pitted 3 handle valve to a nice easy to control 1 handle

I remodeled my four units and got Moen for the 4 bathrooms

Had it professionally installed... Looks great! I love the gradual temperature valve “Posi-Temp.”

Installs fairly easily and looks good and works. We installed this in our 42 year old condo. Replacing a 2 handle and center diverter for a one piece handle. We did not have to remove the tile to do this change and it looks great.

I needed to replace 30 year old Delta tub/shower valve due to leaks. Internet search showed videos for DIY, but results varied greatly. I decided on professional installation. It took the plumber about 2 hours to do the job, and it turned out beautifully. I use only MOEN products for my plumbing fixtures, having replaced 8 other manufacturer products so far. Never a problem on install. One fixture did need a replacement part after several years. MOEN shipped it free. I am not a paid spokesperson!
