No instructions and hard to find online. I used pliers to tighten the handheld hoe connection and scared and cracked it. I will take it back to store but this would have been easy to prevent. Just provide instructions. Could have printed o the included back packaging card or a printed instruction sheet.

The main piece is too loose making the shower unusable. Returning.

I just installed a new shower head and have two small items that I think would help make things easier. First, The knurled/threaded connection nipple needs to have two lands on the sides to allow use of an adjustable wrench to install it. I would bet that the typical homeowner will use pliers to tighten the connection and mess up the finish. Second, include a small length of Teflon tape to seal the threads, Might save a person a trip to the hardware store to get a roll. I've used MOEN products for years with success.

Diverter swivels and is not tight after installation. Also leaking where the diverter connects to shower arm
