No instructions and hard to find online. I used pliers to tighten the handheld hoe connection and scared and cracked it. I will take it back to store but this would have been easy to prevent. Just provide instructions. Could have printed o the included back packaging card or a printed instruction sheet.

The water pressure is great when using, which is a must. The features are great. One of my favorites is the fact that you can use both at the same time or choose your desired one at a time. It is not too heavy or bulky if you take it down and use it as a hand held sprayer which, I really like as well. Overall, we are super happy with this product.

I actually installed it and went back to my old shower head because this one felt very plastic and non durable, very light weight. The settings are ok and has a great variety and all of them work good with an stable water pressure.
