i have had to reach out. white to replace this because the turning button gets too hard to turn. now i have slow water flow. do you have a replacement i can use since i have holes in my tile to hold the handheld?

Don’t even think about buying this POC For starter it isn’t “Chrome”, it’s shiny plastic But far worse the “Pause” button isn’t a button at all, but a switch that SHOULD pause the handheld unit but merely turns it down a bit. It’s terribly engineered and Moen refuses to let me return it or give me a refund. I’ve been a big fan of Moen products but no longer.

Huge shower head. Strong water pressure from it. All top quality. Like a hotel shower pressure from it. Gonna get another for other bath

Showerhead is a great quality Installation was pretty easy. For me Required a special drill bit to drill through tile. Overall however, the instructions made the install easy to follow. Shower is wonderful. Water coverage is fantastic. Wife loves it too.
