Don’t even think about buying this POC For starter it isn’t “Chrome”, it’s shiny plastic But far worse the “Pause” button isn’t a button at all, but a switch that SHOULD pause the handheld unit but merely turns it down a bit. It’s terribly engineered and Moen refuses to let me return it or give me a refund. I’ve been a big fan of Moen products but no longer.

Huge shower head. Strong water pressure from it. All top quality. Like a hotel shower pressure from it. Gonna get another for other bath

Showerhead is a great quality Installation was pretty easy. For me Required a special drill bit to drill through tile. Overall however, the instructions made the install easy to follow. Shower is wonderful. Water coverage is fantastic. Wife loves it too.
