THIS IS NOT A"COMMERCIAL PRESSURE BALANCE COMPLETE SHOWER SYSTEM" - "IT IS A TRIM KIT" and there is a BIG DIFFERENCE. I am also not sure how they can tell you that it is PRESSURE BALANCED when all you get is the TRIM. "PRESSURE BALANCED" is a feature of a valve that is not included. When I got it... I found out that it is missing the diverter. (Which is not advertised in the full description). So now I have to find and match a diverter and rough-in valve . I would only recommend if you want to buy a TRIM KIT.
