The spout itself is very nice. Unfortunately, I received an item that was obviously returned by someone else. It was poorly packaged and had finger prints and dry wall dust on it. I used stainless steel cleaner and it cleaned up well. It does not come with a seal between the spout and wall, so it does rattle around a little after installation. The brushed nickel color matched the other brushed nickel products I purchased separately.

It’s so nice to go to the website and look at so many options and pick exactly what you want. This fit the bill!
