I ordered this item thinking it’s a get a facet and trim?! That’s EXACTLY what it says in the description. But I only received the handle not the shower head. When I called in the agent agreed with me that it should have been 2 items. After speaking with her supervisor.. she told me that I just get the shower knob not the head. Pretty disappointed
