Faucet is cold when dial turned to hot and vice versa. After 8 months of being installed it now leaks when you flush the toilet on the other side of the bathroom. This thing is junk.

The review above is a perfect example of what is wrong with the construction industry today. The issues he mentions are not the fault of the product at all, but rather a poor installation. Simply removing the cartridge with a simple retainer clip (no special tools needed)and the hot/cold reversal can be fixed by installing the cartridge with the printed arrow that says UP in the right direction. The only wear item on these faucets is the cartridge which if you call up nicely MOEN will replace for free since almost all of thier products have a lifetime guarantee. I have been installing MOEN products almost exclusively for over 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about them and their products.

I bought a Moen Adler shower faucet for a bathroom remodel. The faucet appears to be well built and was easy to install. Now for the downside. It wasn't until I got all the connections soldered in place and water running through this valve did I notice that you can't control the water pressure! All you can control is the water temperature. This was a first for me. An unexpected and unwanted one at that. I've never had a plumbing fixture you couldn't control the water pressure at the valve and there was nothing in this product's advertising that would indicate otherwise.

Product works correctly every time and has a great appearance.
