Unfortunately this faucet doesn’t fit my existing plumbing and I have to exchange it. If I had an access panel to my Roman tub deck plumbing, I would alter the valve shaft, but that’s not possible () at this time. The spout is substantial in size, has a high arch, and a very shiny chrome finish. It has a simple elegance, looks great, and the price is right. It is a beautiful faucet. I’m sorry I can’t keep it. disappointed
