Love Moen. Works smoothly, looks great. Third Moen faucet in the condo and they all work flawlessly.

I ended up returning this product, not because it was not good; but because I had a Pfister valve. I should have read the documentation first. I like it much better than any other similar product and the price is so appealing, if you are only looking to change the knob.
