I love this trim kit! I got brushed gold, which as others say, is a tad darker in person (but I knew that already, having seen Moen’s colors in person). I specifically chose this, because it isn’t your standard bright gold fixture. The pieces are made from metal except some small plastic interior pieces, which gives the parts heft and make them very durable and more classy. Installation into the vanity was easy (minus some small issues with the Moen M-Pact rough-in valve due to the sink size). The only slight detriment I have found is with the finish; oils from your skin and fingers can cause streaks and prints, though they’re easily wiped away. I assume this just means you have to be vigilant in cleaning the metal to ensure parts stay in good condition. I would say this product is worth the price (and I got it cheapest through Wayfair anyhow!), and I’m so happy with this addition to my bathroom!
