Moen the best !

At first, I could not get the attachment to screw with the bracket in the downward position, either. However, the position can be adjusted by firmly unscrewing and releasing the ball joint. It is very tight coming out of the box and appears to be one solid piece. Once I figured this out, everything went well.

I agree with the other reviewer. I still have not found the link to installing my new 218H0SRN shower head. Give us the entire hyperlink to the instructions on how to install your products "on" the products non-existent installation instructions...

I will never buy Moen again. Package tells me where to go for installation instructions and then it takes me to SHOP. So misleading and frustrating.
