The rubber washers for the pop up drain pipe leak. Could not stop the leak without putting silicone sealant on the washers! Very disappointing!!! Need a better type of washers

We purchased the Findlay faucet in our 2015 bathroom remodel. We love the fact that we can find and fix problems quickly. The faucet had a loose handle, and with a little research, figured out how to remove handle, and tighten screw…put back together and ALL DONE! A few years ago the shower faucet leaked and with one call, they sent us a new cartridge. Thanks!
