Had to have a new product shipped since a piece was missing and on handle was badly chipped. Replacement was fine and wayfair process was easy.

I am currently not happy with the brushed gold finish by Moen . The discoloration and marks in the finish are not what I was expecting from Moen !

I have the same issue as a previous customer. My hot water side is stuck/frozen, it gradually got worse. No problem with cold. It’s disappointing because Moen is a trusted brand but this model there seems to be a problem. And now I have to pay for a plumber to diagnose what is happened and then pay more money for a potentially whole new set. Which I don’t want because all the fixtures in the bathroom are moen and match this sink.
