Item came poorly packaged with metal brackets loose with the finished metal. Thankfully it was not scratched. Item appeared to have been previously opened and had a yellow barcode sticker on it as if it was a return. Not really a Moen issue but a Wayfair issue IMO. Will buy my plumbing products from local supply warehouse from now on.
