The 3 stars are not for way fair, but product only. Wayfair shipped this product in record time. As for the product: The ROUGH IN VALVE IS NOT INCLUDED! It says this on purchase, but I'm not a plumber...you need it and it's fairly expensive, so you really don't end up saving money. My only other concern is that the company itself etched the hot and cold symbols into the temp plate and can't see them. We asked a bath retailer and the reason is because most people complained about original red/blue color. Well, hmmm now you have these raised bumps and invisible indicators. Something was better than nothing in my opinion...but like I said, not one ounce of a problem with Wayfair.

The Moen Waterhill Posi-Temp Tub and Shower System we purchased works well and looks great in our new bath room.
