Order did not ship in time stated. I called to cancel order and was told it was done. A few days later received a “we are sorry” email that cancellation did not go through. The item soon followed. Now we have to pay $20+ shipping to get it back to you! This was our first order as a business account, we had already purchased a replacement which was shipped overnight to finish the job. Very disappointing way to start our relationship!
