Our faucet worked out great for us! Quality is great, and exactly what we were expecting. I do get specific when searching for quality items... you can search out between the higher quality products and the more mediocre ones. For the most part the price and quality go hand in hand. This piece in particular though is great though. Arrived just when we needed it and we didn't have any issues with it.

Bought this faucet 5 years ago. Love it! Recently leaking from below the escutcheon. Having trouble finding replacement part, listed as out of stock.
