At this point I'm returning this item as the description on the website does not match what was shipped to me. I ordered this for a client of mine and waited for 3 months, which means clients waited, today plumber calls me telling me this is just a trim kit. When you advertise "faucet" it is understood that includes the valve. By the way in the description, it clearly states that a valve is included. Not sure if Wayfair did not include it by mistake, if they did not and can send it to me asap I'd be happy to change the star rating. At this point, it's a completely misleading and false advertisement.

They function perfectly.... had it installed by a professional plumber so cant comment on ease of installation. I bought the chrome finish and absolutely love them.

Have had this bidet faucet for about 5 years. The internal mechanism on the diverter valve has broken/failed 3 times!!! Moen has replaced it twice and I'm now on hold to get it replaced for a 3rd time. We have opted not to use the diverter in the future but want to replace it because we are trying to sell our house. DON'T BUY THIS BIDET FAUCET. IT'S BEAUTIFUL EXTERNALLY BUT THE INTERNAL PARTS HAVE FAILED US 3 TIMES!!!! Sorry Moen but in our new house we purcahsed a Kohler bidet faucet because of the problems we've had with this product.
