I have always considered Moen to make top-line products. However, this faucet set is a big disappointment for two reasons. The first relates to its functionality. The hot and cold water supply lines have a significantly smaller diameter than those of the kitchen faucet that I am replacing. As a result, the water pressure is considerably reduced. The second relates to the asthetic quality of this faucet. The visible parts are plastic. The faucet I am replacing has visible stainless steel parts with internal parts of brass. I would return this faucet for a refund if I had not already installed it.

Our new kitchen faucet, with the help of one of your people in making the right selection, is meeting our needs.

Quite easy to install, Was not aware that quite a lot of the product was plastic, not metal,

I like the overall look and function of this faucet as I do not like the faucets that turn on on the side. I"m left handed and wanted a center control for the water. The water pressure is very low, even after checking for sediment in the filter. The handle pulls out allowing you to spray water where you want, but the hose tends to bend and stop the water flow. I anticipate having to replace this faucet eventually since repeated bending of the hose will probably cause an issue.

I'm very happy that I purchase this Faucet and would buy again!!
