We love this faucet! It is sleek , elegant and works beautifully! It is great when you are cooking chicken, meatballs or just doing dishes !

Bought a Moen Motionsense faucet as part of my remodel about 6 years ago. The sensors failed at about 4 years and motion sent a new spot with sensors on it. That spout has now failed 1 1/2 years later and Moen states the warranty for electronics is 5 years from date of original purchase. So basically they only stand behind the product if you physically pay for it. If it is a warranty part that fails, unless it is within 5 years of original date of purchasing the whole faucet there is no coverage. This is sad. If you are going to stand behind your product you should stand behind your product. If you gave me the part it should still last for 5 years just like if I paid for it. Will not be buying Moen in the future.

This is the second Moen motion sensor faucet we had and have had the same issues. First one, then both sensors stopped working. Then both began turning on without anyone nearby leading to an empty hot water heater when we woke up one morning. Have had to shut water off to faucet to get it to stop. Very problematic!

Faucet has both sensor and manual hand held control, and sensor is operated through 6 AA batteries. If batteries are done entire faucet will be shutdown leaving household with our water supply. As the sensor operation is not the main function it should not shut off entire faucet functionality, it should have manual override option to use with manual hand held control. It’s just a poor and careless design, leaving owners with the struggles. Decided to write the review as despite the poor design MOEN still selling the product with out providing proper fix. ***it was choose by builder, learned about the issue after closing leaving us with replacement costs***

Faucet worked great for a month. Then this morning it won’t come on. Can’t even manually override it so my kitchen is without water. Called the troubleshooting line; three hours later still waiting for them to return my call.
