This is, without question, the worst faucet we have ever owned. The motion sensor rarely works as intended, we are constantly replacing batteries, and far too often we have to crawl under the sink to unplug and reset the unit when it stops functioning—which happens regularly. I purchased this faucet because I believed touchless technology would be a great addition to our kitchen, helping to reduce the spread of bacteria while preparing food. We cook frequently, and I spend a significant amount of time in the kitchen preparing meals for family and friends. We also host many dinner parties, so a reliable faucet is essential. Unfortunately, this faucet has been nothing but a source of frustration. Instead of providing convenience, it has required constant maintenance and troubleshooting. For a product designed to make kitchen tasks easier, it has consistently failed to deliver and has been a major disappointment. I now have to order the regular one (no more touchless features) and spend another $802.00 plus tax to replace it because it has once again stopped working, and I can't get it going again!!! I can't do anything in the kitchen without water. And when this stops water flow, it also won't go on manually... otherwise I would gladly just use it as I would a regular faucet.... but with this faucet, that is not an option!!! No end of frustration for something that cost over $1200.00 dollars

As expected. Worked well and easy to install. Note, this is a replacement for my previous Moen model which was discountinued that was working fine but after 8 years the sensor stopped working all of a sudden after a power outage. There must have been a surge which is my fault for not putting surge protection. I had all the setup for this faucet already created including the AC power (not needed if you want to keep it on Battery only).

Nice faucet and it matches my pot filler perfectly! I really like the anti fingerprint coating. I haven't installed it yet so I can not speak to it's performance but I like this faucet.
