The shower faucet set arrived on time and in good shape. It was well packaged and at first inspection it looks like a great set, much of it solid metal. So far very pleased with it. Still have to get it installed (valves were separate).

Very happy with this purchase. Versatility, quality, and color is great!

I love this shower system and it looks beautiful with my new bathroom and everything has been functioning perfectly since it was installed about 6 months ago.

Beware, it does not come with any of the pricy valves needed for an actual install

I just had a very annoying issue related to shipping with this item. I needed this shower/bath head set by or before April 19 (because I hired a plumber to come on that day). When I purchased this, there was a note that said “Arrives on April 19” - perfect! This was exactly what I needed. The morning of April 19, I check to make sure shipping was on track and it says “backordered, arrives April 24” - I never got an email notification of this. I called customer service, they say I can’t cancel the order because it’s already shipped - how is it both backordered and also already shipped?? No one knows. I ended up buying one for same-day pick up at Lowe’s instead, obviously should’ve done that in the first place! When the Wayfair shipment finally arrived late I submitted the return online, and it wanted to charge me $30 shipping to return. They told me it was my fault because I should’ve known that “1 day shipping doesn’t include processing” but the item was literally advertised as “arrives April 19” not just “one day shipping” … so I finally got them to waive the $30 shipping cost after a 20 minute discussion. Then, I never received the Fed Ex shipping label and had to call back two more times to get them to send it to me. Insane waste of time … if you’re on a time crunch, don’t trust Wayfair’s promised shipping times. If you have a return or issue, hopefully you’re willing to spend a long time on the phone. Their customer support used to be way better!
