We have found them to be very attractive and functional. We have a difficult countertop configuration but our plumbers were able to install them in a reasonable time.

Nice looking, easy to install with clear instructions. Only complaints was we had to buy an additional drain as the one supplied works with sinks that have an overflow and ours did not. Moen’s is extremely expensive, so went with an off brand that worked well and matched the finish

This product should be taken off the market. There’s no reason to have this many parts to assemble. My product came with no instructions and it made it very difficult to try and assemble. As a result, I assembled it wrong and then I couldn’t get the pieces apart. Do everybody a favor fire the engineer that designed this product?

This bathroom faucet set replaced one that was very old. I chose it because of the simple design and how it fit well with the décor in the bathroom.

Product looks nice but does not perform like other Moen faucets I've used. I've installed Moen faucets in my last four houses and haven't had any issues until i got this faucet. One handle got very hard to turn and was replaced under warranty, but now that handle has locked up and turns the base as well as the cartridge. The handles cannot be lubed or cleaned and are a very poor design.
