This is a great looking bathroom faucet and works great. Easy to install too!

We purchased a new home that came with four of these faucets already installed. Within the first year, two of them began dripping at nearly the same time. Moen sent replacement cartridges, but before I even had the chance to install them, a third faucet also started leaking. I recently replaced the cartridges in two of the faucets and thoroughly cleaned and flushed, yet both continue to drip even after the installation of new carriages. Very disappointing performance for such new fixtures.

Purchased this faucet in chrome. It's functional and lovely.

I purchased three of these and two are dripping, one started several weeks ago and the 2nd started yesterday. They sent a cartridge which did absolutely nothing so are sending me a replacement of the same faucet, which is on backorder. I now have two sinks I can’t use and I’m certain the 3rd will start as well. I tried to send another online complaint that doesn’t seem to be working. DO NOT BUY this faucet.

I just installed a pair of these new faucets in a remodeled bathroom. The installation was straightforward, just a matter of screwing together various parts. They even supply a nifty extension socket for tightening the faucet body to the countertop. I like the pop up/down drain stopper. It's so much easier to remove for cleaning compared to the old ball and socket style. I like the brushed nickel finish and the modern look. The flow control is good. Only time will tell how well the finish and the mixing valve will holds up over the years. So far, it's perfect!
