Water flows downhill - you'd think a plumbing hardware company would know that. Yet for unknown reasons, the slots in the drain body (Drain Type A) are horizontal in the overflow cavity: resulting in a 1/4 inch lip/dam holding back standing water which never drains, creating a petri dish for foul smelling growth of a disgusting slime that looks like dead snails. Plumber installed brand new p-traps with these brand new faucet assemblies and after only a year, we couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. Finally thought to flush the overflow and so much of this disgusting material was behind this lip/dam and it's hard to remove because the slots are so narrow. Still not sure I've cleaned it all out and am beyond frustrated with the thoughtless design and odor.

Just installed myself. Was easy to install. Loved the design.

We love our new faucets for the master bath so much we bought another one just like it for the half bath.

Had a Moen years ago and the neck started leaking. They didn’t hesitate to send me a new one even though I had no receipt and it was about 7 years old. I bought at least 10 Moens since and that’s all I will buy.

Purchased two lavatory faucets for bathroom renovation. Very nice.
