I recently had this installed in our home bathroom and love it so much I just had to write a review. I bought this model because you can adjust temperature above the deck (instead of having to climb underneath) and can pull out the adjuster handle to have steady running hot or cold water. But what blew me away is that the water always comes out warm - even first thing in the morning - without having to wait for water to get from hot water heater to this faucet. If I'd know that, I would have purchased this years ago! It's also sooo much easier to clean the faucet, and around the faucet, with this sleek design. No drips to clean up, since people don't have to reach for the handle with dripping hands.
